It was only after we'd arrived at the airport when I realised I was meant to bring Cocoa's things too. Oops.

We arrived at the airport and after some amazing chocolate croissants we were off. It was the first time I'd been on a plane and at first I was scared but then it was very exciting. I saw the whole world beneath us. I thought we were in space at some point. It was a long long long flight to America and I decided to have a nap in the baggage hold but was caught on my way up. Yellowstone here we come!

We arrived at Denver airport yesterday and that was when we realised our mistake. OK my mistake. Turns out for a fox I'm not very good at navigation. Yellowstone was seven hours away!!!! The airport was amazing though. I had great fun watching the giant fountain and seeing how many times I could go up and down the escalator without being caught. Taxi!

Thanks to my (non) navigational skills we took a seven hour shortcut to Yellowstone. We slept most of the way, that twelve hour flight was something else. The result was it was as black as my nose when we arrived at the lodge. We are so excited to see this beautiful place in sunshine tomorrow.

We woke up bright and early and after a stack of American pancakes we headed to the northern entrance. It was huuuuge! We are so so excited to discover the park!

We saw bison crossing the road and I got to be a junior ranger. I got a badge and everything. I'm so so excited for tomorrow and to share our adventures.

"Say when" Freckles "I'll never say when!"

Safe to say I got a shock when I posed for a photo by Old Faithful Geyser!

And one last photo before dinner. This was yesterday visiting the amazing Mammoth falls.
